BODY:

Body damage often effects the operation and safety of your vehicle. The new flexible additive materials, high strength low alloy steel, unitized frames and aluminum sheet metals require additional attention during the course of inspection and repair. Necessary flex additives, special welding equipment, frame equipment and paint preparation is necessary to guarantee proper repair quality and safety.

Center Valley Automotive employs body, frame & paint technicians that are I-Car or ASE Certified to guarantee body & paint repairs to restore your vehicle to pre accident condition.

FRAME:

In the event of a car accident, most impacts require frame-straightening equipment. Center Valley Automotive is equipped with (4) four frame racks to facilitate the necessary frame repair.

  • 1) Celette Frame Bench - Our newest frame machine, is a dedicated machine that uses factory specific frame jigs to guarantee proper frame repair for Unitized Frame vehicles.

  • (1) Kansas Jack Magna Rack – This machine is larger and built for Full Framed vehicles that require heavy duty pulling power.

  • (2) MMI Yellow Jacket Frame Benches – Used for full and Unitized Frame vehicles.

PAINT:

Collision repairs require refinishing prior to assembly. Center Valley Automotive is equipped with a Blowtherm ULTRA 2000 down draft spray booth. Our spray booth is ventilated and heated for cleaner and faster paint finishes. After the 15-30 minute heated bake cycle, the vehicle is cured.

CVA is equipped with the BASF SmartScan paint matching system to assist in the ability to mix and match colors due to fading.
